Rating on scientific publications of Kazakhstani universities - 2023

The methodology for calculating the rating of scientific publications is based on data for the last 5 years from 3 bibliographic and abstract databases of peer-reviewed scientific literature - Scopus, Web of Science (Clarivate - CIS) and the Russian Science Citation Index (eLibrary).

The share of scientific publications in the far abroad (Scopus, Web of Science) is 80 out of 100%, and in the Science Index system (the core of the RSCI) - 20 out of 100%:

- Number of publications in Scopus - 20%;

- The Hirsch index in Scopus - 20%;

- Number of publications in Web of Science - 20%;

- The Hirsch Index in Web of Science - 20%;

- Number of publications in Science Index (core of RSCI) - 10%;

- The Hirsch Index in Science Index (core of the RSCI) - 10%.
