Evaluation Methodology of Questionnaire 2
Questionnaire 2 has 5 evaluation levels, each of which is assigned a weighting factor.
- The level of the university’s activity is very high - the coefficient is "+7"
- The level of the university’s activity is high - the coefficient is "+5"
- The level of the university’s activity is sufficient - a coefficient of "+3"
- The level of the university’s activity is insufficient - the coefficient "0"
- The level of the university’s activity is unsatisfactory - the coefficient "-3"
Expert assessments received for a particular university are multiplied by the corresponding weighting factors and then are summarized. The score of the university with the maximum score on this questionnaire is equal to 200 points; the scores of universities with the lower scores on this questionnaire are proportionally calculated. The resulting amount will be added to the points on questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 3.
Example of calculation:
HEI A: Very high - 150 experts
High - 130 experts
Sufficient - 20 experts
Insufficient - 0 experts
Unsatisfactory - 0 experts
The sum of the expert assessments of the university: S = (150 x 7) + (130 x 5) + (20 x 3) = 1760
Suppose the assessment of this university is the largest of all the institutions participating in the institutional rating. According to the terms of rating, 1760 equate to 150 points. This is the ranking point of the best university A. If the university B has scored 880 points, then what is its rating number? Let us compose the proportion: 1760: 150 = 880: X, where X is the rating number of the university B. Solving the proportion, we get that X is equal to 75, the university B has 75 rating points on questionnaire 3.
